One of the largest drivers for the diet industry is celebrities. We all look at these famous men and women who have amazing bodies and it makes us feel inadequate. The endless sexy photos in magazines don't help, but it sure does make you buy them.
It seems celebs have a secret to keeping in great shape and they are not sharing it with us. That is not really the case. Nor is surgery like liposuction. But yes it is partly due to their money.
Celebrities have busy work schedules like most of us, but to keep looking good they employ a personal trainer who comes to their home and basically keeps them in shape. So no, they don’t just gain these amazing bodies from their celebrity status. They put a lot of work into it.

Daniel Craig Daniel put a lot of hard work into getting into shape for the James Bond movie Casino Royal. He employed personal trainer Simon Waterson who was also employed by Pierce Brosnan and Halle Berry.
who made him exercise 5 times a week. His workouts were only 45 minute sessions, but were maximum intensity. The aim was a look that could "kill".
His diet and workout sessions were strict, but he was then allowed to eat what he wanted during the weekends. He also had to give up smoking.
The whole routine consisted of weight lifting, cardio workouts and a sensible diet containing a lot of protein and cutting down on the carbs.

Angelina is quoted as saying her key to staying thin is portion control. She eats 6 small meals a day and says she really feels and sees the benefits.
She has always been into exercise, but like a lot of the stars, when she is playing a specific movie role, she has to step it up a bit. For Tomb Raider she trained with her personal trainer 4 times a week and was given a strict diet with no sugar. This included steamed meat, vegetables and soya milk.
She used to skip breakfast, but soon saw the benefits of eating it.
